"I had submitted a claim for a windshield replacement. April Ichien made it very easy for be to submit the claim. All she asked me to provide was the invoice I paid. She took care of the rest. There was some delay in processing the reimbursement. When I contacted April about it, she quickly followed up with the team, figured out the issue and rectified it. Within a day, my reimbursement was approved. The overall experience was fantastic. Thanks to April for providing such great service."

"I'm fairly new to California and not well versed in the mess that is California Fair Plan coverage for fire insurance. Maria at the Laura Peterson agency has been so very helpful throughout the process. Fair Plan is the very worst at communication but with Maria's help I was able to navigate their hoops and lack of communication. Honestly, without Maria's inquiries to their system on a weekly basis I would never have known anything was a miss as I have only received ONE of several letters in the mail that she sent me in a timely manner via email, all of which had deadlines that I would have missed if not for her help. I highly recommend their agency if you want top of the line customer service."
